Vilae Dalmaticae are three stone villas located on the same plot, in the first row to the sea, near a sandy beach. Constructed in authentic Dalmatian style, all structural elements are crafted from solid Brač stone, featuring thick stone walls, robust window and door frames, stone roofs, and gutters.
The interiors are unique and artistic, with the majority of elements and furniture handmade by local artisans and craftsmen. The villas are rated four stars and are exceptionally equipped with all modern household appliances. Air conditioning and internet access are available in every room.
While the villas are adjacent, each has its own private outdoor space. They share a shaded courtyard surrounded by olive, fig, and laurel trees, complete with a garden fireplace, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower, and free parking for four vehicles.
A local road runs between the plot and the sea, as is typical in the layout of Sumartin village.
The ferry takes you to the island of Brač 12 times a day, almost every hour in high season – April 14, 2025 to October 26, 2025.

To get from Supetar Ferry Port to Villae Dalmaticae at Crkovnjak 14, Sumartin, start by heading southeast from the main street in Supetar toward the street that leads to Hvar. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit to keep going straight. Continue for about 700 meters, then keep moving forward for another 500 meters. After that, make a sharp left turn and keep going straight for about 130 meters. Stay on the road that leads toward Sumartin, following it for about 36.8 kilometers.
As you get closer, continue straight for another 750 meters, and you’ll find Villae Dalmaticae on your left. Welcome!
